According to statistics, in 2017, Beijing's newly constructed prefabricated construction area was 4.49 million square meters, accounting for 15% of the city's total construction area; in 2018, Beijing's newly constructed prefabricated construction area was 13.37 million square meters, accounting for 29% of the city's total construction area. The proportion of Beijing's prefabricated buildings in new construction continues to increase, and the annual target has been exceeded for two consecutive years.

In 2019, Beijing will clarify the next stage of the development of prefabricated buildings, strengthen the supervision and guidance of all aspects of prefabricated construction projects, and strive to achieve the proportion of prefabricated buildings accounting for more than 25% of new construction area in 2019!
