1. Hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion method

Hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion technology is currently the most advanced and widely used technology. It is also the most effective and economical steel anti-corrosion method. It is often used in outdoor steel structures that are severely corroded by the atmosphere and are not easy to maintain. In actual engineering, the workpiece is mainly immersed in the molten metal zinc bath, and then plated to form a pure galvanized layer on the surface of the steel, and a zinc alloy coating on the secondary surface to play the role of anticorrosion of the steel . Generally speaking, hot-dip zinc coating is dense and thin, generally about 30-50μm. During construction, ensure that the surface of the hot-dip galvanized parts used is smooth, free from peeling, no missing plating, no dripping, roughness and zinc thorns, and no residual solvent residue. At the same time, it should also try not to design the components with the fitting surface, so as to avoid incomplete pickling in the gap of the fitting surface or inaccurate acid cleaning, which will cause the phenomenon of yellow water flowing on the galvanized surface.

2. Paint anti-corrosion method

The construction cost of the paint anti-corrosion method is low, but the outdoor maintenance cost is high, and the anti-corrosion effect is not good, so it is more used in indoor steel structures or outdoor steel structures that are relatively easy to maintain. In actual engineering, first dissolve pure zinc powder in solvents, additives and film-forming substances to form a zinc-rich primer, and then apply it to the anti-corrosion workpiece, and solidify it on the surface of the workpiece by film formation to prevent corrosion Medium immersion. When using mechanical tools for paint anti-corrosion, you should explore the ingredients according to the weather, temperature and humidity of the construction site, adjust the viscosity, and flexibly control the speed of the spraying machine to avoid the spraying speed of the spraying machine being too fast or the paint surface being too slow. Accumulation and sagging affect the later drying time. At the same time, the paint should be applied 4 to 5 times during construction, and the next paint spray should be applied after the paint is dried to 80% or completely dry.

3. Arc spraying anti-corrosion method

The arc spraying method has high binding force, strong adaptability to the size of the component, the shape and size of the component are almost unlimited, and has a long-term corrosion resistance and wear-resistant life, which can reach more than 10 months, and at the same time within 10 months of use The anti-corrosion coating does not require any other maintenance, so this method is often used for underwater or underground structures. During construction, sandblasting and derusting should be performed on the surface of the steel member first to expose the surface to metallic luster and roughen, and then melt the metal by burning the arc between two continuously fed wires and spray it on An arc sprayed zinc and aluminum coating is formed on the metal components that have been sand-blasted and derusted in advance to form a long-term anticorrosive composite coating. In addition, vertical cross spraying should be carried out in an environment with a relative humidity of less than 85% (the spray gun is perpendicular to the workpiece). If vertical spraying is not possible, the slope of the spray gun and the surface of the workpiece should not be less than 45°.
