Choosing the right method to cool the steel structure plant is a comprehensive problem. To solve it, it is necessary to take appropriate measures. First, we must find the key factors that affect the temperature of the steel structure plant, focus on its treatment, and the law will target other relatively minor factors. Treatment to achieve a good indoor environment and its highest cost performance.

To cool down the steel structure workshop, we should consider the following questions:

A steel structure workshop ventilation and cooling
Because some machines in the steel structure factory produce heat and water vapor, if these hot gases and water vapor are not exhausted in time, they will accumulate in the factory, so that the temperature increase of the steel structure factory affects the environment of the steel structure factory. The solution to these problems is to ensure reasonable ventilation of the plant and install a suitable amount of ventilation system. Reasonable installation of the exhaust system will obviously improve the air environment of the steel structure factory building and greatly reduce the temperature of the steel structure factory building.

Install roof forced exhaust fan
Power fan is a kind of ventilation equipment driven by electricity. It has good exhaust effect and can adapt to the ventilation of any environment.
Unpowered ventilator is a kind of ventilation equipment that relies on the principle of air convection. When there is a difference in indoor and outdoor air environment, air flow will be generated, thereby eliminating indoor exhaust and hot air. The advantage is that it does not require additional power and is more environmentally friendly. However, it is strongly dependent on the environment and cannot be forced to exhaust. Products mainly include turbo ventilator, strip ventilator (daylighting ventilation), roof ventilator, etc.

Forced cooling refers to the installation of a cooling fan on the roof of the factory. The cooling fan uses the principle of water cooling to cool the air, and the strong exhaust fan sends the cold air to the indoor machine. It can keep the indoor temperature of the steel structure workshop at a comfortable temperature of 26-30℃. Its power consumption is equivalent to 1/8 of the air conditioner. The cost is 1/2 of the air conditioner, which is a good way to force the plant to cool down.

Three steel structure workshop insulation and cooling
The thermal insulation of the steel structure workshop can isolate most of the solar radiation and conduction heat, reducing the indoor greenhouse effect. Thereby greatly reducing the temperature of the plant and improving the environment of the steel structure plant. The commonly used methods now have the following two options:
Cover the roof of the steel structure factory with thermal insulation cotton. The thermal insulation cotton used on the roof is glass wool. The commonly used thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and the density is 64kg/m3.
The installation can generally reduce the indoor temperature by 5-8°C. The construction process is more complicated. If the insulation of the old plant is renovated, the original roof needs to be removed, the steel wire mesh is pulled, the glass wool is laid on the steel wire mesh, and the original roof panel is covered. Then do waterproof treatment.
Spray high-efficiency heat-reflective coating on the roof panel. This kind of product has excellent thermal insulation performance, and can be coated on various surfaces such as metal, concrete, gray wall, wooden structure surface, asbestos tile, plastic, glass steel, rubber and so on. The coating is 0.25mm thick, and its effect is equivalent to that of 250px-375px glass wool. It can reflect 99.5% infrared rays and 92.5% visible light. The highest sound insulation effect is 68%, and the average sound insulation effect is more than 50%. Fire-proof grade A, completely non-combustible. Non-toxic safety, long-term durability, service life of more than 15 years (for details, please refer to the engineering material file). If this method is used, the construction is convenient, there is no damage to the original roof, and it can prevent the aging of the roof. After construction and before construction, the maximum temperature difference between the surface of the plate can reach 20℃, the indoor temperature difference can reach 8-10℃, and the energy consumption of the steel structure workshop can be reduced by 30-70%.
